"he's a little miracle!"

from the hospice nurse today after she listened to his heart and lungs.
"he sounds so clear. And his color looks better every time i see him."
i asked a few questions- my primary concern was feeding tube
placement. It has sounded a little off for the last day or so. i
have to really hold it in place when i feed him or he cries. i think
he's growing out of the old placement and i'm going to have to find
the new placement soon. i am curious about what his weight is now.

but all these good reports- wow! how wonderful are Your works O Lord!

  1. My Little ones ask about Precious Jedidiah Joseph everyday. They walk around singing "Don't Forget" throughout the day. They are consumed with love and concern for your precious one and family.

Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your journey and to celebrate these miracles as they occur.

Sending our love and prayers to you 9.

  3. I was trying to find the phrasing of a standard Catholic saying about all praise and glory be to God, anyway I stumbled on this old hymn:

    All glory, laud, and honor,
    to thee, Redeemer, King,
to whom the lips of children
    made sweet hosannas ring.

I thought about how Jedi's sweet baby sounds must be so pleasing to God.

The hymn has an interesting little story of how it came to be:

  5. God is showing us to expect His blessings, though as human beings, that is many times hard for us to do. :o)
In a world with many fake "healers" or "miracle workers", we are reminded by little Jedi, You are the TRUE miracle worker. Thank you dear Father.
