know the living Jesus

ReplyDeleteI love it: "Do not search for Jesus in far lands. He is close to you. He is in you." So many times, we think that searching for Him and His Love and Mercy is something so complicated and requiring of so much effort. But He is always right there at the door of our hearts, waiting for us to open them up to Him. To trust Him, regardless of what life hands us, is such a comfort and brings such peace. But I know I want to be 'in control' of every situation, until it feels like life is out of control. Then I have to remember Who is in control and that He does not give us more than we can handle. Many times, it seems that He goes right to our limits. In the end, if we let Him, those stretch our limits, making us stronger and teaching us to trust more and more in His Providence.
ReplyDeleteJedi has indeed touched many many lives. There are miracles surrounding this child every single day. Many of those miracles, we will find out about only when we go Home.
