Oh that is good news! You need to be backing up your computer offsite every day! Ours does it automatically twice a day. We evacuated from the fire in Colorado Springs in June and we didn't even bother trying to take the computer with us. We knew it had backed up earlier in the day and all our photos and documents were safe.
But I am so glad all your pictures have been recovered.
